"These things don't
just happen" as they say, and how right that is
Close on a hundred
Lancashire Automobile Club members and friends helped out with the run
alone on Sunday - all unpaid volunteers doing it for the love of cars
and the event itself.
Staff and pupils and
parents at Arnold School sacrificed personal time to make the event
happen.
Radio Wave came with
unstinting enthusiasm and professionalism.
And last but not
least, Blackpool Corporation for allowing us to run such a successful
event with great support, and for even providing the weather!
Needless to say, Sunday would not have happened without the above and
all the countless participants who lavish thousands of hours upon their
passion of motor cars.
A big thank you to you all.
The event this year was held in glorious weather and
finished at Arnold School for lunch and prize presentation ceremony by
The Mayor of Blackpool.
